Why am I am writing this blog

As I jump into the world of blogging, I want to write about why I am starting this blog - to 2 audiences:

1 - you, the reader.
2 - me. If I ever feel my motivation slacking, I will come back to this post and re-read, so I can regain the motivation to stick to these goals.

Here are the 5 reasons I am writing this blog:

1 - For my Family - wife and kids. I want them to know that you can set out to do something that you have never tried and learn t0 be successful at it. (This will be a trial and error process). Our only limittation is ourselves. I have thought about doing this for at least 1 year, and now I am ready to quite thinking about it and jump it and do it. How can I teach them to follow theior dreamas if I have not done so myself?

2 - I always wanted to earn money passively, while I was out on vacation or asleep, camping, etc. I was always intrigued by it. It has always seemed so magical to me, and still does. When I was a little kid, I would go into a local department store in a small town in Utah and look at the cashiers and think they had the best job. They just sit there and people come in and pay them! Now I now it was not that easy, but the fascination is still there.
